De Sanctis estudió con recuento de células
endoteliales un caso de lente Verysise
luxado, que fue reposicionado. A cuatro años
de seguimiento, la pérdida endotelial fue
comparable a la de un lente con implantación
normal sin traumatismo

CONCLUSIÓN
Los lentes intraoculares fáquicos en
general presentan buenos resultados en
cuanto a estabilidad, e incluso en casos
de desplazamientos traumáticos la pronta
reposición del lente evita complicaciones
de importancia.
